From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Djc pilot reported that he was about to land at pvd when he didn't have 3 in the green. The mains were down and locked. He flew by the tower twice and they confirmed that the nose wheel doors weren't even open. He cycled the gear a number of times, to no avail. He tried the manual pump. Pvd tower declared me an emergency. He insisted on going to ewb where there are 3 repair facilities. He landed with the gear up and full flaps. There was minor damage to the belly of the fuselage, and the prop.
