From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Scenario as told to this investigator by several pilot witness that verified they witnessed pilot and passenger (wife) took off on runway 15, leveled out to gain speed. Then over the end of the runway at 200 -300 ft AGL executed pitch up angle. As speed bleed off pilot induced an aileron roll to the left. As the aircraft leveled inverted it appeared to stall. Aircraft fell thru the roll around to upright and level as it impacted the earth 390 feet off the south end of the runway 15, and bounced over once to lay inverted facing toward the runway. No evidence of further movement/forward progress.
