From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Pilot had an uneventful flight until performing the before landing check upon arrival at kissimmee Florida. The pilot noticed the nose wheel was not indicating down. The pilot asked the control tower to visually check if the nose gear had deployed. The control tower reported to the pilot that the nose gear was not down, but the two main landing gear had deployed. The pilot decided to return to craig municipal in Jacksonville. Upon arriving at craig, the pilot landed with the nose wheel up. Upon inspection after landing, the pilot noticed a screw from the nose wheel fender had come loose and was stuck in the nose wheel guide and centering mechanism preventing extension. The nose of the aircraft and nose gear doors sustained damage consistent with sliding 800 feet down the runway. No other damage or injuries noted.
