From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

The PIC at the time of the accident did not hold a pilot certificate or a student pilot certificate. He stated and provide documentation to show he had 36 hours total time, 6 hours total in the last 90 days and 6 hours total in this make and model aircraft. He stated he complete the airman knowledge test in may 2020 but was unable to provide a copy. He further stated in part, his flight instructor ?didn't have any knowledge that I flew without the solo endorsement. He had instructed me that I couldn't fly alone without the solo endorsement. I take full responsibility for my choice to fly without it?.
