From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Shortly after touchdown the crew lost directional control of the aircraft and departed the pavement on the left side of runway 10R just prior to intersection golf. The aircraft continued for approximately 600 feet with both main gear off the pavement before regaining directional control and getting the aircraft back on the runway. The aircraft's left main gear destroyed four runway edge lights. The aircraft sustained damage to the left main landing gear door, left flap and fairing. There was also damage noted on the aft belly skin behind the gear area. There were 2 crew members and 4 passengers on board. There were no injuries and the aircraft taxied to the ramp for parking.

This event was accepted into the company's asap program. Additional training has been completed.
