What happened
The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.
PIC stated when flaring to land at hky he experienced a crosswind and made the necessary correction to the flight controls to compensate for the right to left crosswind. After landing, the PIC over corrected and exited the runway on the right side veering into the grass and coming to a complete stop. PIC did not get out of the aircraft but looked out the windows to inspect the main landing gear and didn't see any issues. PIC taxied back onto the runway. Verified he still had take-off clearance (which he did) and took-off leaving hky and headed back to gso.
