On 05/10/2021 at local time 1330 hrs. Outside Norris City,IL privacy data omitted a UH-1H ,s/n 65-10016 helicopter during a hot fueling procedure slid off fueling trailer, resulting in damage to the tail rotor and tail boom and propeller blades. No injuries to the crew member.
