From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

On final approach to runway 11, the pilot initiated a go-around due to gusty wind conditions. The pilot stated that the tower asked if she would like to make left traffic for runway 20 as the winds were now favoring that runway. The pilot responded yes and maneuvered for runway 20. On final approach, the pilot reported that everything was normal; however upon touchdown, the aircraft bounced and she was unable to regain control. The aircraft again contacted the runway on the nose wheel which resulted in a nose landing gear collapse and a subsequent propeller strike. The aircraft slide to a stop just off the left side of the runway.
