From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

On landing student pilot indicated he had no left brake, after taxiing down runway decided to apply power and do a go-around. The aircraft did not gain enough altitude, hit a tree across the street from end of runway causing aircraft to land inverted in neighborhood. Pilot walked away unharmed. The aircraft annual inspection was completed 05/11/2021. The IA stated he checked brake fluid levels, brake pads, and rotors and found all to be acceptable. IA did a normal taxi, high speed taxi and runup at full power with no brake issues. The IA assistant did an engine run the morning of the accident with no brake issues. Both brakes were checked at all positions by ASI at the scene. Student pilot and IA assistant were present and both brakes were operational.
