From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

privacy data omitted Stated she was given a runway change and that started her getting behind the airplane. She was flying the airplane and running the checklist and responding to ATC but lost track of her speed and flaps. As she got set up on final for the new runway she realized she was still fast and had not brought flaps past 10 degrees yet and felt she was too close to change configuration. So she attempted to fly down the runway to lose airspeed. Then attempted to land, however nose touched down first, then mains which started a porpoise that got worse. After 2nd to 3rd bounce she initiated a go-around.
