From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

On June 03, 2021, at approximately 1645 a Honda jet model; HA420, N10XN, serial number; 42000038, landed at Cobb-county Mccollum field in Kennesaw, Georgia on runway 27. During rollout the PIC announce to his SIC that he had no brakes, PIC pulled emergency brake handle causing both main tires to blow and lose control of aircraft. The aircraft veered off the left side of the runway and made a 180 degree turn facing runway 09 before coming to a stop in the grass.

The aircraft came to rest intact except for the left main tire was ejected from the aircraft. Investigating the accident it was noted that the left main tire had just been changed prior to this flight and could possible be the cause of the anti-brake system to lock out and not let the PIC have brakes.
