From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

At 1527 hours the wind direction was determined as blowing directly down the runway with gusts from the west by FAA personnel observing the airport installed wind sock. Left and right hand tire skid marks were found on the runway which started approximately 60 yards from the end of the runway pavement and then continued through the grass and up to the aircraft. The aircraft exited the runway approximately 20 yards from the end of the runway on the right hand side. Two persons were on board and no injuries were reported.
