From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Aircraft landed on rwy 21L. On rollout they told to turn right on taxiway c then cross rwy 21R and contact ground control. While turning onto taxiway charlie the aircraft took a wide turn and the left main landing gear went off the taxiway while still in the runway safety area. Ground control called for a tug while the tower coordinated to breakout the one aircraft that was cleared to land. Runway 21L was declared temporally unusable until aircraft was unstuck and towed from the runway safety area. The left main landing gear door was damaged. The gear door will need replaced, and brake and wheel bearing needed done.
