From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

The landing pad was made of heavy plastic dock panels(approx. 1000# each) made into the shape of an h.

As the pilot approached the landing pad, she elected to land inside the "h" on the grass, and not on it.

The pilot was conducting a hot loading of a passenger(the passenger loaded himself without assistance). The passenger did not notice the right skid snow plate was partially under the plastic platform the pilot was departing from. The pilot continued to pull up even though she felt resistance. As she realized what was happening she put the collective down but was too late and the aircraft completed a dynamic rollover coming to a stop on its right side.
