From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Pilot stated that he was cleared to land and extended the landing gear. He verfied that the green landing gear light illuminated and also confirmed the gear was extended via a mirror installed on the airplane. He landed the aircraft safely on the runway and was taxiing the aircraft. As he slowed down to exit the runway he applied right rudder and the airplane continued to veer to the left. He then heard a pop and then the nose went down causing propeller strike to all 3 blades.
