From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Aircraft was 15 miles of klou and reported a rough running engine. Aircraft could not hold altitude and found an open field 6 to 7 miles east and landed. The aircraft and pilot sustained no damage and aircraft was trucked out of field to hanger 2 weeks later due to weather. Initial findings from mechanic show that the fuel system was not feeding fuel evenly and one wing was full and one was empty. After filling empty wing the engine initially wouldn't run above 1500RPM, but then began to run without issue. Mechanic stated "we are sure it wasn?t delivering fuel from both tanks equally and are reasonable sure that vent check valve on the tank with fuel left in it is the problem." The aircraft is due an annual and mechanic will provide logbook of repair once completed.
