From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

During a passenger charter flight from kbji to kstp using the ILS 32 and got the airport visual at about 1500 ft. PIC saw many birds flying along the river below and several hawks/eagles circling the river banks. The path to the runway was clear. Landing in kstp at about 50 feet AGL PIC heard a light thump and at that same time saw a white bird fly past on the left side of the aircraft. Landing in kstp was about 1710Z. After passengers deplaned, a post flight of the left wing showed the glass lens of the landing/taxi was broken into several places and a blood streak from the bird impact. Wildlife strike report filed.
