From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

At approximatelly 1715 CST on 1 June, 2022, N5007R, loaded with 3600 pounds of urea fertilizer, was taking off eastbound from a private strip near Allport Arkansas [34°32'39.99"n // 91°48'1.10"w] headed to a field northeast of humnoke Arkansas when the pilot heard a load pop, followed by flashes of fire from the left side of the aircraft and loss of power.
