From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Pilot was on a 5 mile base leg for the traffic pattern when he heard the gear horn. He was distracted by other traffic in the pattern. He believed he put the gear down, stated that he no longer heard the gear horn. Landed gear up. When the aircraft was recovered from the runway, the gear handle was in the down position with the tires resting on the runway but not fully extended. When the aircraft was lifted from the runway the gear extended normally. Substantial scraping was found on the bottom of the aircraft, however, the gear doors and tires sustained no damage.
