From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

At approximately 2:35 pm central time PIC holding a student pilot certificate with solo endorsement took off from fcm in Beechcraft sundowner privacy data omitted, with the intention of going around for a touch and go. On final for runway 28R a plane crossed the runway, and was told to increase their rate of speed to stay clear of landing traffic privacy data omitted. PIC stated this did distract him and now believes he should have done a go around.

During the landing the aircraft bounced and a go around was performed. The aircraft descended and touched down in the grass off the left side of runway 28R. The PIC continued with the go around striking a runway light with the stabilator prior to takeoff. The aircraft took off, flew once around the pattern and landed without further incident. No injuries and damage was later determined to be substantial. Damage to the aircraft included a dent on the left side of the stabilator in the leading edge damaging the spar and buckling in the skin on the right side of the empennage just forward of the stabilator attach point.
