From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Pilotprivacy data omitted of canadian aircraft privacy data omitted performed visual landing onto runway 14 at willamsburg regional airport at 1905 October 15, 2022. Persons on board included the pilot and a company employee. It was a soft landing with no wind. The aircraft began to decelerate on track with no brakes applied. As pilot spotted the cross-taxi way and was about to apply brakes, the pilot noticed through peripheral vision, object(s) approaching from the 9 "o"clock position. It felt to the pilot as if the aircraft had hit a small animal, thus the pilot continued to the taxiway. The aircraft behaved so well, that the pilot continued towards the tarmac and parked the aircraft. After contacting florence (kflo) to close IFR flight plan, the pilot and passenger exited the aircraft and walked to the active runway to identify what they had hit. It was then they discovered that it was two deer. Based on damage to the aircraft, it appeared that both deer had hit the aircraft between the propeller and left-wing head on. There was damage to pilots side of fuselage behind the engine cowling and forward of pilots door. There was further damage to the leading edge of left wing, under the left-wing to the wing flap, and significant damage to the left elevator. The pilot then contacted the airport manager / certfied mechanic privacy data omittedwhom was not at the airport on this date, and explained what had happened. Pilot and passenger walked back to the aircraft, chocked the wheels, applied tiedowns, and left the airport. The pilot assumed that privacy data omittedwould report the event thus made no attempts to contact anyone from the FAA or NTSB. Our office received an accident/incident 8020-9 report that originated from zjx daytona beach to aso-roc on 10/25/2022. After contact with the pilot on 10/25/2022 located in montreal Canada, numerous photographs along with aircraft information were provided to our office.
