From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

privacy data omitted Was parked on the privacy data omitted ramp at Philadelphia international airport (kphl). When ready for departure the crew alerted privacy data omitted and walked to the aircraft. No lineman came out to the aircraft. The crew continued through their checklists until the engines were started. Still no ground crew were present. The crew elected to taxi on their own. There were two lines of aircraft. One against the grass at the edge of the ramp and one in the middle of the ramp. The crew taxiied between these aircraft until they arrived at two aircraft that were not properly parked in line. Still not seeing ground crew the flight crew continued taxiing. The captain taxiied to the left to avoid the aircraft on the right and struck the aircraft on the left, a Learjet 60. The crew shutdown the aircraft and called privacy data omitted which sent out ground personnel.
