What happened

Aircraft #1 was taxing on taxilane b towards spot 2, it taxied behind aircraft #2 that was parked, pointing away from spot 2 at the FAR end of taxilane b area. The combination of prevailing winds and propwash lifted the tail of aircrft #1 causing a prop strike and wing tip strike with the pavement.

AIRCRAFT #1 WAS TAXING ON TAXILANE B TOWARDS SPOT 2, IT TAXIED BEHIND AIRCRAFT #2 THAT WAS PARKED, POINTING AWAY FROM SPOT 2 AT THE FAR END OF TAXILANE B AREA. THE COMBINATION OF PREVAILING WINDS AND PROPWASH LIFTED THE TAIL OF AIRCRFT #1 CAUSING A PROP STRIKE AND WING TIP STRIKE WITH THE PAVEMENT.
