From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

An Experimental ammature built lockwood aircam with twin Rotax 912ULS engines; landed, taxied and had begun a right turn onto taxiway A2. The PIC with his eyes on the taxiway, reached his left hand up then forward to select the fuel boost pump switches to the off position. In doing so, his left sleeve caught the right engine throttle causing it to move forward. The aircraft made an abrupt left turn traveled back across the runway and off to the west side hitting a marker sign and a PAPI light before control of the aircraft was regained.
