From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

On March 3, 2023, at approximately 2030Z a Bombardier challenger N300ER, call sign "airshare" on a FAR part 91 flight with the privacy data omitted of the aircraft on board, attempted a take off on runway 2 from dillant/hopkins airport, keene, NH (een). The aircraft had two ATP pilots as crew, and 3 passengers. The aircraft aborted the first take-off due to an airspeed mis-compare. It was noted that the pitot tube cover was not removed during preflight. The crew shut down one engine, removed the cover, and then proceeded with another take off attempt. The aircraft took off enroute to leesburg executive airport (jyo), leesburg, Virginia. During the climb out, approximately 12 minutes after take off ATC quarried the crew about their ride (ATC did this because the aircraft was sending an ident code to ATC), the crew responded that they needed to descend and divert to an airport with medical facilities. The aircrew decided to land at Bradley (bdl), and requested medical meet them at the fixed base operator(FBO), privacy data omitted. After landing on runway 6 the aircraft taxied to the FBO and met with medical staff who entered the aircraft. One passenger had fatal injuries and another passenger had minor injuries.

As the FAA filed it

ON MARCH 3, 2023, AT APPROXIMATELY 2030Z A BOMBARDIER CHALLENGER N300ER, CALL SIGN "AIRSHARE" ON A FAR PART 91 FLIGHT WITH THE ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^ OF THE AIRCRAFT ON BOARD, ATTEMPTED A TAKE OFF ON RUNWAY 2 FROM DILLANT/HOPKINS AIRPORT, KEENE, NH (EEN). THE AIRCREW DECIDED TO LAND AT BRADLEY (BDL), AND REQUESTED MEDICAL MEET THEM AT THE FIXED BASE OPERATOR(FBO), ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^. AFTER LANDING ON RUNWAY 6 THE AIRCRAFT TAXIED TO THE FBO AND MET WITH MEDICAL STAFF WHO ENTERED THE AIRCRAFT. ONE PASSENGER HAD FATAL INJURIES AND ANOTHER PASSENGER HAD MINOR INJURIES.
