From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Aircraft departed bangor, me kbgr enroute to khou Houston hobby on 135 medevac flight. During takeoff roll, crew noticed “bump”, left anti-skid lights right after V1 was called. The crew continued rotation and continued flight while troubleshooting the issue. Once in cruise flight, ATC notified flight crew of report given by bgr tower of tire remains on the runway. Once it was determined that one or both main tires were popped, pilot declared an emergency, ran the proper checklists and communicated with crew and ops on ground via sat phone. The flight crew decided to divert to kiah for use of longer runways and abundant emergency services. In an effort to land as safely and lightly as possible flight crew requested lower altitudes, free speed, and delayed vectors. The airplane landed safely on runway 15R with emergency personnel standing by. An emergency evacuation of all crew and passengers was executed. No injuries were sustained and damage to airplane limited to left main gear.

Operator dispatched maintenance crew to Houston on 03/17/2023 to evaluate and repair the aircraft. The aircraft was repaired, anti-skid was deferred under MEL, and the aircraft was flown back to brooksville, FL (bkv).

As the FAA filed it
