From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

On may 13, 2023, a K35 bonanza aircraft departed from visalia municiple airport (vis) with a destination of Woodlake Airport (O42). The pilot reported that he executed a normal landing at O42 and began slowing the aircraft down. While slowing down, the front landing gear collapsed followed by the collapse of the right landing gear. Consequently, the aircraft slid on the nose and right wing for approximately 50 feet before coming to a stop on the runway. The left landing gear remained fully extended and locked throughout the incident. Both the pilot and the passenger on board were uninjured. The aircraft sustained minor damage.
