From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Pilot executed normal uneventful landing on grass us forest service backcountry airstrip. While taxiing to parking area the aircraft right main wheel dropped into a soft spot in the parking area wet sod causing a sudden deceleration. As the aircraft came to a sudden stop the tail came up and the airframe pivoted to the right causing a prop strike. Tail immediately came down and engine kept running. Aircraft right main wheel manually removed from soft spot and taxied to parking spot under it's own power.
