On June 14th, 2023 at 0904 CDT a Mooney M20R, privacy data omitted, impacted the ground. According to msn airport radar data the aircraft reached 2900FT before rapidly decending. This occurred approximately 4 minutes after take off from ryv airport. The pilot and single passenger recieved fatal injuries and the aircraft was destroyed. The aircraft was being operated by privacy data omittedas a personal flight under 14 CFR part 91, when the accident occurred.

ON JUNE 14TH, 2023 AT 0904 CDT A MOONEY M20R, ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^, IMPACTED THE GROUND. ACCORDING TO MSN AIRPORT RADAR DATA THE AIRCRAFT REACHED 2900FT BEFORE RAPIDLY DECENDING. THIS OCCURRED APPROXIMATELY 4 MINUTES AFTER TAKE OFF FROM RYV AIRPORT. THE PILOT AND SINGLE PASSENGER RECIEVED FATAL INJURIES AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS DESTROYED. THE AIRCRAFT WAS BEING OPERATED BY ^PRIVACY DATA OMITTED^AS A PERSONAL FLIGHT UNDER 14 CFR PART 91, WHEN THE ACCIDENT OCCURRED.
