From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

The pilot departed from paine field (pae) to republic (R49), and then proceeded to Sullivan lake (09S). The pilot stated that he observed the winds were calm based on the wind sock. The pilot stated that the touchdown was normal, but that the aircraft was not decelerating as he expected. The pilot stated that late in the landing roll, the right landing gear tire felt as though it caught on the grass and then the landing gear folded. When the pilot exited the aircraft, he noted that the wind sock appeared to indicate a tailwind, and then shifted directions. The right landing gear collapsed and the aircraft experienced a propeller/wing strike. No injuries.
