From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Aircraft privacy data omitted was operating under CFR part 141 (pilot instruction). ADS-B data shows aircraft performing touch and go's in the pattern. On the last take off/climb out, from rnwy 16R, a pilot from privacy data omitted reported an engine indication issue. Then the aircraft manuvered a tight turn downwind on to rnwy 34R. The aircraft crashed shortly after without any further communication with ATC. The aircraft was destroyed during fire, and both pilots did not survive. The onboard ballistic parachute was deployed after impact by the fire.
