From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

PIC explained they were taxiing for take off from Kasigluk in gusty wind conditions, at least 25KTS. They were pulling out of the ramp area and planning to back-taxi on runway 17. They taxied out and remember hearing a "ping", but thought it was gravel bouncing off the propeller, which is normal for the surface. Upon landing at the next destionaion, pabe, the pilot found a dime-size nick at the leading edge and tip of the propeller blade. They determined it was a taxi-light that was impacted with the propeller. The damage was big enough and in a position that required replacement of the propeller. The engine had to be inspected for damage.
