From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Pilot stated it was a very stable approach he touched down on center line on the mains as it slowed down he let the tail come down and then pinned the yoke back. He felt like he was getting a little bit of left wing raising up and the aircraft started moving to the right he applied left rudder, it straightened then went back but then continue tracking to the right and felt unstable he added more left rudder and a little bit of left brake but as he got closer to the runway edge he pushed both brakes and realized that he over did that and the aircraft flipped up and onto its nose. He stated he should have probably added power and went around but he was afraid of getting airborne and hitting a runway edge light or something.

As the FAA filed it
