From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Pilot-in-command (PIC) obtained weather and winds were 310/12 gust 17. The PIC departed rwy 34 and stayed in the local area for practice maneuvers. The PIC entered the pattern for a full stop landing. On approach, the PIC noticed the winds were more of a cross wind but were within limits of 12 KTS (actual crosswind component was calculate at 6-11 KTS). After the PIC touched down and began to slow, the PIC felt like the plane was trying to ground loop. The PIC applied brakes and pushed the yoke slightly forward. The aircraft rotoated on the main landing gear and the nose cone, propeller, and left wing struck the pavement and stopped on the runway. The PIC and passenger exited the aircraft with no inujuries. The aircraft was released by the FAA and the NTSB and towed back to the ramp.
