From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

PIC attempted to land at 4W0, which was closed for the season. On approach, PIC began landing checks as he was in the left downwind and turned left base for a nominal final. PIC touched down approx midway down runway then retracted flaps to 0 for maximum braking effect, and applied maximum braking. While applying max brakes and not slowing down due to standing water on runway, PIC contemplated a go around but decided against it due to several factors such as terrain and trees at end of runway. Aircraft then overan runway and proceeded over the steep embankment at the west end of the runway at 30~KTS.the aircraft prop struck, and aircraft flipped over upside down against some small trees and bushes.
