From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

A new hire training orientation flight was being conducted. During the approach for landing, the approach speed was too fast, so a go around was initiated. A second approach was also too fast, so a second go around was initiated, but did not arrest the descent rate. The aircraft impacted the ground 205 ft short of runway 8, became airborne, then impacted at edge of runway and slid on the aircraft belly approximately 700 ft to the right of runway 8. The aircraft came to rest facing a heading of approximately 200. There was no post crash fire. The two (2) individuals on board had to exit through the emergency exit, as the main door was jammed. One (1) individual was transported to the hospital with a leg injury, which turned out to be broken. The other individual was evaluated and refused treatment.
