From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

While on approach to runway 01 at Searcy Arkansas municipal airport (ksrc) the aircraft privacy data omitted sitting in the left seat allowed the airman sitting in the right seat to conduct an approach and landing. The aircraft, about to touchdown began to sink and power was applied for go-around. The aircraft then veered to the left, striking and dragging the left wing tip as it departed the left side of runway 01. The aircraft then struck a precision approach path indicator (PAPI) light and continued approximately 150 feet and came to rest inverted in a field to the left of runway 01.
