From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

A float plane approaching ilm reported landing gear issues and diverted to acz. Ilm tower notified acz of inbound aircraft gear issues. Acz manager notified emergency services. Passenger tried to manually extend gear which blew seal in hydraulic pump and depleated system. Pilot overflew acz to get visual verification that right gear did not deploy. Aircraft touched down on rwy 9 just past number with right pontoon aft gear retracted. Aircraft drifted to right and came to rest on runway just before 1000' marker. Aircraft evacuated with no injuries. Aircraft jacked and aft gear manually extended. Aircraft taxied to ramp. 03/28/2024 - the aircraft mechanic at acz replaced three hydraulic lines at a distribution block near the hand pump, one of the lines failed at the b-nut/flair joint which caused the hydraulic system to fail and drain out. After three new lines were fabricated and installed the hydraulic system was bleed, while checking the system, they discovered that the right front gear actuator was bypassing internally. They dismantled the actuator and replaced the seals. They just finished March 2024. They haven't started the repairs on the right pontoon yet. So, its going to be a while before it is returned to service. They should be sending a maintenance log entry for the hydraulic repairs. 04/16/2024 this aircraft event was investigated in accordance with FAA order 8020.11D and does not meet the criteria of an aircraft accident and will be classified as an aircraft incident.

As the FAA filed it
