From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Pilot intended to perform touch-and-go landing to rwy 4 at krwl- Rawlins municipal airport, Rawlins, Wyoming. On downwind to rwy 4, at 45 degrees from intended landing point, pilot turned onto right base and throttled back to 1700 RPM. Pilot turned onto final and noted a 500 ft/min descent and airspeed at 75KTS, noticed PAPI with 3 white and one red. Pilot continued on final, noted that he felt low, noted 75 KTS airspeed so he raised the nose. Shortly after, pilot felt a strike to the fuselage, due to striking a power line perpendicular and approximately 300 feet from the end of the runway, and then the main gear touched down short of runway, the nose gear came down caught in the mud and the aircraft flipped over onto it's top.
