From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Flight privacy data omitted took off from lax runway 25R without incident. On approach into keug runway 34L, first officer called for the gear down before landing checklist. Captain brought the gear handle down and gear went into transition to down and locked. Green indication appeared only on nose wheel and left main wheel. The right main wheel had red with stripes indication. Approach was terminated and a go-around initiated. Tower was notified and delayed radar vectors requested. Captain ran the qrh. After cycling the gear per the qrh, the gear still did not indicate 3 down and lock. Captain continued with the qrh, declared an emergency, and notified the flight attendants of an abnormal landing. Aircraft landed at eug on runway 34L without incident. Aircraft rolled off the runway and exited at A3. Captain set the parking brake and had the emergency ground crew assess for any damages. Ground crew indicated that the #3 MLG tire lost rubber but was still inflated and ok to tug to the gate. Aircraft was tugged to the gate where the passengers deplaned normally without incident. The crew performed a walk around and discovered that the #3 MLG tire tread had separated and damaged the #4 MLG along with sensory units and brackets. Other damage includes a dent on trailing edge of RH wing between ribs 3 and 4. Maintenance replaced #3 and #4 MLG tires and addressed dent on the traing edge.
