From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

The pilot departed Eagle, AK enroute to a remote landing zone. Upon arrival, the pilot determined that the landing zone was unsuitable to land. During the hover/hold phase of flight the pilot heard a "tapping sound" coming from the left side of the aircraft. The pilot then made the decision to depart the area and land at slate creek airstrip to inspect the aircraft. After lading and accomplishing a visual inspection of the main rotor blades, it was discovered that damage had been sustained in the form of dents to the tip of each main rotor blade from them striking thin willows. No other damage found.
