From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

During downwind for runway 1 kteb, the pilot lowered the landing gear. Only two green lights indicated (left main and nose). The emergency gear extend lever was activated with no change. The pilot then informed the tower and requested fly-by to verify the gear down, which was granted. The tower confirmed all three wheels appeared to be extended and informed the pilot that an emergency was declared on his behalf. Cleared to land on runway 6, pilot stated that he " executed a normal full flap landing that resulted in a soft touch-down. A few seconds into the landing roll, the right main gear began to fold into the retracted position". The right flap edge and wingtip made contact with the ground. The aircraft remained on the runway and came to a stop on two wheels (nose and left main) and right wingtip. No injuries reported.

THE AIRCRAFT REMAINED ON THE RUNWAY AND CAME TO A STOP ON TWO WHEELS (NOSE AND LEFT MAIN) AND RIGHT WINGTIP. NO INJURIES REPORTED.
