From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

First officer stated,

While on left downwind (at night) to RY22R, capt and I saw something large and white pass by the aircraft, and heard a thump. ATC was notified and informed we were currently at 2000 MSL. ATC asked if the aircraft was okay and wanted to know if there was any damage once we were on the ground. ATC was informed that no assistance was needed at the time and they were also notified of the damage once the walk around was complete. Capt continued the approach/landing without further incident.

Once on the ground capt and myself performed the walk around and found a large dent and bird debris on the left leading edge of the wing and some bird debris on engine #1 cowling. No other damage or debris was located during the walk around (it was nighttime and I was using a flashlight).

FAA iic,

Records review reveals aircraft maintenance performed the required inspections with no bird engine ingestion. Left hand inboard leading edge was removed & replaced due to minor damage from the bird strike.
