From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

After landing at night, the incident aircraft was taxiing to the assigned gate but there were no marshallers present to assist in parking at the gate. The aircraft stopped short of the gate, turned off their taxi light and waited for marshallers to arrive. After stopping short of the gate, the aircraft was struck in the nose cone area by a baggage cart being towed by a tug. After the aircraft was struck by the baggage cart, it was towed to the gate where passengers deplaned normally using the jet bridge.
