From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

Pilot statement-

I wanted to take the family flying and have lunch at Middlegate, NV. We departed silver springs around 10AM. I flew around silver springs and Fallon NV area and then onto Middlegate. I circled around Middlegate to check out the landing road. Then I came back around and landed. We arrived at Middlegate around noon and we were there for over an hour to eat lunch. We headed backed to the plane around 1:30 pm. We loaded back in the airplane and then I back taxied to the end of the road to prepare for takeoff. I was taking off, and at 50 mph the road became really rough and was throwing us all over the road. So, at 50 mph I attempted to go airborne and it wasn't enough speed to take flight. Essentially I was going to try and get off the road with ground affect to keep us airborne and gain speed and climb out. At that point the airplane veered off to the left and I couldn't keep it going down the roadway. We went off the road and into the brush and that is when the nose wheel broke off and we flipped upside down.
