From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

While taxing on the orange line to terminal 2B, gate 28 via taxiway TB2, the crew misjudged their proximity to the taxiway edge and departed the taxiway as the CA attempted a 90 deg turn into the ramp on the G3 orange line. The orange line leaves little room for error and the sharp turn requires precision to remain on the centerline. The starboard mainmount departed the taxiway damaging a taxiway light but no other damage was incurred.

THE STARBOARD MAINMOUNT DEPARTED THE TAXIWAY DAMAGING A TAXIWAY LIGHT BUT NO OTHER DAMAGE WAS INCURRED.
