From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

On February 10, 2025, a 1989 lear L35A landed on runway 21 at Scottsdale Airport, the left gear collapsed and the aircraft veered off runway 21, to the left (east) and impacted the rear wing root of a 2005 Gulfstream 200, parked on the ramp. Both aircraft privacy data omitted appeared to be high-profile celebrities. The lear’s left main landing gear sheared off the aircraft and the nose gear also separated from the aircraft and was found on the left parallel taxiway. There were two passenger survivors transported to the hospital, both in serious condition, one pilot fatality (left seat), and another pilot (right seat) extracted from the lear, in condition critical. There was one person onboard the Gulfstream at the time of impact, the person walked off the aircraft and later went to the hospital with neck and back injuries.
