From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

From PIC statement

On April 12th, 2025 at approximately 0800 local time

Winds were 350 at 3 knots

Upon landing on the touchdown zone, I applied the brakes. Immediatiely teh aircraft seemed to feel unpredictable in handling on the runway. I opened the thrust reversers. The aircraft then became even more unprredictable, by veering off to the left of the center line. I atttempted to keep directional control of the aircraft. The aircraft then veered right of the center loine. I applied full left rudder pedal with no effect. By this time the airspeed of the aircraft had slowd down to where the rudder was ineffective and the aircraft beacme uncontrollable. Athe aircraft exited the runway, struck a runway sign skidded sideways in the grass where it came to rest]. We then evacuated the aircraft.

From SIC statement

April 12th, 2025 I was the SIC on a flight from kmgw to kcsv. The flight was flown by the captain from the left seat. Upon landing, the aircraft veered left and then right. The captain fought directional control down the runway while trying to stop the aircraft. As the aircraft slowed and the rudder effectiveness diminished, the aircraft keep leading right and exited the runway contacting a runway sign and sliding sideways to a stop in a drainage swale. Evacuation was through the main cabin door with no injuries.
