From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

Flight 716 leaving ramp area on taxiway z was instructed to turn right on taxiway charlie. Approaching charlie, captain continued straight ahead as if to turn right on taxiway bravo and the first officer called out that we are supposed to turn on charlie at which point the captain applied the brakes to make the 90-degree turn onto charlie. One of the flight attendants called the flight deck to notify the pilots that they needed to go back to the gate because the purser had fallen and injured herself when the a/c had stopped.
