From the FAA’s Accident/Incident Data System (AIDS), through its Aviation Safety Information Portal, as reported. The NTSB investigates accidents separately, and its record of an accident is the fuller one. The aircraft is matched to the registry by N-number and event date, checked against the reported make and model; the registry’s history has gaps, so older matches can be wrong. Compare the reported make and model.

What happened

The FAA’s narrative, in sentence case. The FAA writes it in capitals and removes private details.

privacy data omitted(A-320) and privacy data omitted(B-777) were nose to nose awaiting clearance onto RWY31L at taxiway bravo and ke. When privacy data omitted was cleared onto the runway, they powered up to make the 90 deg turn onto taxiway ke and another 90 deg turn onto rwy 31L. Due to their close proximity, debris was thrown onto privacy data omitted with enough force to damage their windscreen. Neither construction debris nor taxiway condition were the source of the debris.

As the FAA filed it

NEITHER CONSTRUCTION DEBRIS NOR TAXIWAY CONDITION WERE THE SOURCE OF THE DEBRIS.
